All orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. (International orders, including Canada, must be prepaid by check or wire transfer). In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept purchase orders or offer any credit, accept in rare cases on very large orders ($ 10,000+). Since this is custom imprinted items, your credit card will be charged at the time of order, and your order cannot be cancelled after it is placed into production.

As per normal trade policy, all orders are subject to under run/overrun of up to 5%. Your credit card will be charged or credited for any overrun/overrun at time of shipment.

Refund and Return Policy- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. All items are custom imprinted, and therefore cannot be returned except for defective or misprinted items.

Order Online: You can order online any product on this website with an imprint using our secure on-line order form. Ordering online saves us time and money, so we will give you a discount. All orders will be confirmed, and a proof provided when requested or deemed necessary. Online orders receive a discount off the prices posted on the website.

By Telephone: (orders only) We still take orders the “old fashion way” if you prefer. Before calling out toll free number, please be aware that phone calls are accepted for immediate orders only. Our Toll Free number- for Orders Only We only except phone calls for definite orders of items that are on our website. All requests for quotes, samples, items not on our website and other pre-ordering information is handled by our email request form and answered promptly, usually within minutes. We are strictly an Order Processing Center. We do one thing and one thing only... Process orders efficiently! We are a very lean, streamlined company and our staff has many years of experience. This keeps our overhead low and gives us the ability to pass on substantial savings to you. Check us out, it's like money in the bank! The operators that work taking your orders are very helpful and experienced. They will take your order and cover all details such as suitable color combinations, size of imprint, delivery dates, and anything else needed, but we will not answer any questions, unless you are placing an actual order.
